December Update
Good morning!
November was pretty unique in the world of political narratives, considering that there’s pretty much been one story—our never-ending election—dominating the entire month.
We published two analyses about the election. The first was about the Detroit absentee voter confrontation, and the second was about the Million MAGA march.
After a long season of high-tension narratives, I think there’s some fatigue in the broader discourse. I certainly feel it a bit myself. And with the holidays just around the corner, I think (or at least hope) that folks are going to be paying more attention to their family obligations and less to our broader political conflicts.
So the Narratives Project is going to take a break for the month of December.
That means if you’re a paying supporter, your billing will be paused for this month (and if you’re on a yearly subscription, this month won’t count).
There are a few things we’re working on behind the scenes, and this pause will also give us some time to make progress on those fronts. We’ll tell you all about it when we return on January 1st!
Of course, if there’s some giant bombshell between now and then, maybe we’ll be back sooner. As always, if you think there’s something I need to see (or if you have any feedback), feel free to email me anytime at shaun@narrativesproject.com.
I hope you have a great holiday season, and that you and your family are healthy and well!
See you next year!
Shaun
